From Farm to Harvest
Falcon Herbs’ thyme is cultivated under close agricultural supervision, benefiting from Egypt’s favorable climate for strong essential oil development and a bold, earthy aromatic profile.
Cultivation: Grown with careful irrigation and soil management to preserve the plant’s natural aroma, color, and essential oil content.
Harvest: Sprigs/leaves are cut at peak maturity, when aromatic oil concentration (including thymol and carvacrol) is at its strongest.
Post-Harvest Handling: Harvested thyme is dried under controlled conditions to preserve its color and aroma while avoiding degradation from direct sun exposure.
Cleaning & Sorting: Dried thyme is stripped, cleaned, and sorted to remove stems and foreign matter, ensuring a clean, uniform final product.
Quality Control: Each batch undergoes laboratory testing (microbiological, pesticide residue/MRL, and physical quality parameters) prior to export, in line with EU and international food safety standards.
