Falcon Herbs’ molokhia is cultivated under close agricultural supervision, benefiting from Egypt’s favorable climate for strong leaf development, a crop deeply rooted in Egyptian agricultural tradition.
Cultivation: Grown with careful irrigation and soil management to preserve the plant’s natural color and nutritional content.
Harvest: Leaves are hand-picked at peak maturity, when color and nutrient concentration are at their best.
Post-Harvest Handling: Harvested molokhia is dried under controlled conditions to preserve its deep green color and quality while avoiding degradation from direct sun exposure.
Cleaning & Sorting: Dried leaves pass through mechanical and manual sorting to remove stems and foreign matter, ensuring a clean, uniform final product.
Processing: Leaves are available whole or finely cut, depending on customer requirements.
Quality Control: Each batch undergoes laboratory testing (microbiological, pesticide residue/MRL, and physical quality parameters) prior to export, in line with EU and international food safety standards.
