- Post-Harvest Handling: Harvested sage is dried under controlled conditions to preserve its color and aroma while avoiding degradation from direct sun exposure.
- Cleaning & Sorting: Dried leaves pass through mechanical and manual sorting to remove stems and foreign matter, ensuring a clean, uniform final product.
- Quality Control: Each batch undergoes laboratory testing (microbiological, pesticide residue/MRL, and physical quality parameters) prior to export, in line with EU and international food safety standards.
