Falcon Herbs’ spearmint is cultivated under close agricultural supervision, benefiting from Egypt’s favorable climate for strong leaf development and a fresh, sweet aromatic profile.
Cultivation: Grown with careful irrigation and soil management to preserve the plant’s natural aroma, color, and essential oil content.
Harvest: Leaves are cut at peak maturity, when aromatic oil concentration (including carvone) is at its strongest.
Post-Harvest Handling: Harvested spearmint is dried under controlled conditions to preserve its vivid green color and aroma while avoiding degradation from direct sun exposure.
Cleaning & Sorting: Dried leaves pass through mechanical and manual sorting to remove stems and foreign matter, ensuring a clean, uniform final product.
Processing: Depending on the required form, product is left whole, crushed, or milled into powder.
Quality Control: Each batch undergoes laboratory testing (microbiological, pesticide residue/MRL, and physical quality parameters) prior to export, in line with EU and international food safety standards.
