From Farm to Harvest
Falcon Herbs’ rosemary is cultivated under close agricultural supervision, benefiting from Egypt’s favorable climate that supports strong essential oil development and the plant’s signature pine-like aroma.
- Cultivation: Grown with careful irrigation and soil management to preserve the plant’s natural aroma, needle color, and essential oil content.
- Harvest: Sprigs are cut at peak maturity, when aromatic oil concentration (including cineole and camphor) is at its strongest.
- Post-Harvest Handling: Harvested rosemary is dried under controlled conditions to preserve its color, aroma, and essential oil content.
- Cleaning & Sorting: Dried rosemary is stripped, cleaned, and sorted to remove stems and foreign matter, ensuring a clean, uniform final product.
- Quality Control: Each batch undergoes laboratory testing (microbiological, pesticide residue/MRL, and physical quality parameters) prior to export, in line with EU and international food safety standards.
