- Cultivation: Grown with careful irrigation and soil management to preserve the plant’s natural aroma, color, and essential oil content.
- Harvest: Dill herb (leaves) is cut at peak maturity for optimal flavor and color; dill seeds are harvested once fully matured and dried on the plant for maximum oil content.
- Drying Methods:
- Industrial (Mechanical) Drying: Herb is dried using controlled hot-air dehydration equipment, allowing precise control of temperature and humidity to preserve green color, aroma, and shelf life consistency at scale.
- Sun Drying: Herb is naturally dried under the sun using traditional methods, preferred by some clients for its distinct traditional aroma and flavor profile.
